discloses the privacy practices for FotoCode.Com, and the TimePast™
Web sites.
1. Information
TimePast™ Collects and tracks
- TimePast™
collects data that users provide through optional, voluntary
participation in sessions with TimePast™. Such information may be
used in the future to help our advertisers better understand the
demographics of our audience. TimePast™ will never divulge
information about an individual user to a third party (except to
comply with any applicable laws).
TimePast™ collects
user information in the following processes:
- TimePast™
"Matching Photo Notification" A visitor can choose to
electronically provide or download TimePast™ information. The user
must provide their email address. This information is used only in
the case of matching photos and, to let TimePast™ know who sent
the link.
- Usage
tracking. TimePast™ tracks user traffic patterns throughout
our site. The tracking may be done in real-time by TimePast™ live
agents or off-line using site log files. TimePast™ breaks down
usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type,
and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string
(information contained in every user's browser). This information is
used only to provide better service to our visitors by offering them
assistance during their stay in our site. We do not correlate this
information with data about individual users.
- Cookies. A
cookie is a small data file that certain Web sites write to your
hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain
information such as a user ID that the site uses to track the pages
you've visited. Nevertheless, the only personal information a cookie
can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read
data of your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites.
TimePast™ uses cookies to identify repeat visitors to our site in
order to provide them with a better level of service.
- Registration:
when you visit our site for the first time, TimePast™ uses a
cookie to store a unique, random user ID. We do not store any
personal information about you. We use this ID to identify you
anonymously in our database and to track the pages you visited on
our site and sessions you engaged in. If you've set your browser to
warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning
message with each cookie. You can refuse cookies by turning them off
in your browser. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use
the TimePast™ site.
2. Use of the
information
TimePast™ uses any
information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience
in the site, whether to better prepare future content based on the
interests of our users, or to provide repeat visitors with better
service based on their previous experience in our site.
- As stated above,
TimePast™ uses information that users voluntarily provide in order
to enhance the quality of assistance they may get upon returning to
our site and engaging in chat sessions with one of our agents.
- TimePast™ may
create aggregate reports on user demographics and traffic patterns
for advertisers and partners. This allows any advertisers to
advertise more effectively, and allows our users to receive
advertisements that are pertinent to their needs. As TimePast™
doesn't track the usage patterns of individual users, an advertiser
will not know that a specific user clicked its ad.
- TimePast™ may
send e-mails to visitors who downloaded TimePast™ application from
its site.
3. Sharing of the
information
TimePast™ may use
the above-described information to tailor our content to better suit
your needs and help our advertisers better understand our audience's
demographics. (TimePast™ will divulge information as necessary to
comply with applicable laws.)

Delete/deactivate policy
Any newsletters are
sent only to site operators who have registered to our service. Users
may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained at
the end of every newsletter.
5. Changes in
policy
If TimePast™
changes its privacy policy, we will post changes on this page so you are
always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under
what circumstances we disclose it.
