identified photo at the same time you send us an unidentified photo . When
we talk about a "set" we mean that pair (One unidentified photo
+ one identified photo).

accept data entry and scanned photographs at no charge to
individuals.
Copying and Mailing
Photographs
Include your name,
address, and the ID number for each photo with all information from the
back of the photo on a post-it note or separate piece of paper. Take that
and your original photos to Kinko's, CopyMax, or similar photocopy
experts. They can make a copy of your photos and the notes on one page.
Each photo should be at least 4 x 6 for search purposes. Be careful that
the notes pertain to the correct photos. These copies should be sent to
TimePast, P.O. Box 1697, Benicia, CA 94510-4697.
